Deposits and Final Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve your seat. Remaining balances for classroom programs are typically due on the day of class unless otherwise noted on your receipt.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late changes may forfeit deposits or require a reschedule fee as stated at registration.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may lose their reserved lesson or classroom seat. No-shows may be charged for the reserved time.
Refunds and Package Expiration
Packages expire according to the timeline provided at purchase. Refund eligibility depends on timing, attendance, and service type.
Scheduling
After payment, our team contacts you to schedule training. Please respond promptly so we can reserve instructor time.
Road-Test Requirements
Bring a valid learner’s permit and any other documents we list in your confirmation email. Tests follow official SCDMV standards.
Required Documents
Permit and classroom services may require SC State ID or birth certificate plus proofs of residence. Minors may need a parent/guardian present for paperwork.

By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge these policies and any service-specific instructions emailed after purchase.
